SERPNow is a rank tracking platform allowing users to monitor search engine rankings based on domains and keywords they provide. You may create unlimited projects and keywords, limited only by your daily usage quota based on your plan.

4. Accounts & Access

You must register an account with a valid email address and password. Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. While multiple individuals may access one account, you agree not to share or resell access to unauthorized users.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

SERPNow is a paid-only service. Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed via Stripe. You may cancel, change, or update your subscription through your dashboard at any time. All payments are non-refundable.

6. Demo Access

A read-only demo is available for informational purposes. No actions can be taken within the demo account.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its performance, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of any domains and keywords they input. However, all software, reports, analytics, and platform-generated content remain the property of Akhinora Ltd and may not be copied, redistributed, or reverse-engineered.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

SERPNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of rank data or uninterrupted service. You use the service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Akhinora Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost business, lost profits, or data loss.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
